Over breakfast we introduce Guangdong and its cuisine, then into the kitchen to cook and eat your own Guangdong lunch. Later we explore the Temple of Heaven then return to your hotel to rest and refresh before dining in a fine Guangdong restaurant.

Over breakfast we introduce The Great Wall, whilst exploring The Great Wall we enjoy a Hebei farmer's fare lunch in rustic surroundings. After resting and refreshing in your hotel we dine in a fine Hunan restaurant. (7 day choice Yunnan, 9 day choice Guizhou)

Over an early breakfast we introduce Sichuan and its cuisine then head to the market. After cooking and enjoying your own Sichuan lunch we visit the Lama Temple then return to your hotel to rest and refresh before dining in a fine Sichuan restaurant.

Over breakfast we introduce The Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, between exploring these sites we enjoy a Yunnan lunch. (7&9 day options, Imperial) After resting and refreshing in your hotel we dine in a fine Beijing roast duck restaurant.

Over breakfast we introduce Dongbei and its cuisine, then into the kitchen to cook and eat your own Dongbei lunch. Later we shop! After resting and refreshing in your hotel we dine in a fine Dongbei restaurant followed later by an Acrobatics Show.

Over breakfast we introduce The Summer Palace and Botanical Gardens, between exploring these sites we enjoy a Shanxi lunch. After resting and refreshing in your hotel we dine in a fine Xinjiang restaurant with traditional central Asian entertainment.

Over an early breakfast we introduce Hunan and its cuisine then head to the market. After cooking and enjoying your own Hunan lunch we visit Qianmen then return to your hotel before dining in a fine Hunan restaurant followed later by Chinese Opera.

Over breakfast we introduce The Ming tombs, after visiting this atmospheric site we enjoy a Shanghai lunch then a nice relaxing soak in nearby natural hot springs. After resting and refreshing in your hotel we dine in a fine Zhejiang restaurant.

Over breakfast we introduce Yunnan and its cuisine, then into the kitchen to cook and eat your own Yunnan lunch. Later we explore parks, lakes and hutongs then return to your hotel before dining in a fine Yunnan restaurant followed by Beijing by night.
